Has anyone heard about the new transmissions that France are putting in their tanks? They have 4 reverse gears and 1 forward gear - in case they get attacked from the rear

Actually it was fully intentionally by the Germans to sink the Lusitania. It was carrying rifles to the British troops on the war front. More importantly, America didn't enter World War I until the British showed them the Zimmermann Note, which basically was the Germans asking Mexico to declare war on America, if America declared war on Germany.

Need I point out that America sent four-MILLION forces over during World War I. Lets see, if the statistics are correct.. that's more than France even had after Germany got down slapping them around.

The Americans didn't even join WWI until one of their boats were sunk by accident by a German U-boat and i'm pretty sure it was the same for WWII, they didn't get involved until they were attacked.

Come on benitokapsalis...dont say bullshit. Learn history. French won WWI almost alone (80% of the allies forces were french) and for WW2 lets clarify that Russians did the bigger part of the work.

While I agree with most of what you say, I don't think that the French helped out of friendship. More out of their hatred for the English and took every chance to undermime them. Reason being the French waited until the Americans won a battle to send aid. Of course this is just my view on it.
