My favorite singer,KEVAN TYNES,once won first place at THE APOLLO THEATER in NEW YORK with The Mighty Majors on a show with the CHI-LITES!!! They {The Majors}gave the prize money to the audience in gratitude, and was the first EVER to do so.

That harmonica player sounded like a rival for Toots Thielmans("Midnight Cowboy," "Leave a Tender Moment Alone," et. al.).

Man they don't make music like this anymore... I don't care if folks look at me funny if I'm listening to this "tearjerker". I'm 24 from rural America (WV) but this song just pulls you in and breaks your heart. It really makes me FEEL something - and that's what good music does. Black music and soul music these days just can't do that like this - it's all "back it up bitch" or "check out my rims and bling". It's really unfortuneate.
